Cameratta Properties' innovative Country Lakes Estates raised homeowner expectations in Broadview Heights. Now considered standard, Country Lakes was the first in the region to include a swimming pool, party center and public spaces dedicated to the enjoyment of the outdoors. The Broadview Heights Chamber of Commerce honored Cameratta Properties and Country Lakes Estates with the Beautification Award for these achievements.
