High Point Place Announced Ground Breaking- Downtown Riverfront Towers--Tallest Buildings in SW Florida
Fort Myers, FL - Joseph Cameratta and High Point Place, L.P. has announced the Ground Breaking for High Point Place Phase I on Thursday, September 23, 2004. The project site is located on West First Street, one block off McGregor Boulevard, halfway between the Edison/Ford Winter Estates and the downtown entertainment district. High Point Place, at 32 stories, will be the tallest building in SW Florida.
The luxury waterfront towers have enjoyed record breaking sales through an overwhelming acceptance to the downtown Fort Myers area. The 105 homes in Phase I was sold out in 35 days. The 150 homes in the Final Phase of High Point Place were half reserved in 8 weeks this summer. Buyers are local, national and international in origin. Only 75 homes remain available in the final phase of SW Florida's newest riverfront development.
