FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

High Point Place Receives Fannie Mae Project Approval FORT MYERS, FLA. (November 11, 2009)—Cameratta Properties’ 32-story high rise, luxury-living High Point Place, located in the River District of Fort Myers, was recently awarded with Final Project Approval from Fannie Mae Corp. Obtaining Final Project Approval includes meeting strict requirements, which High Point Place met keeping value consistent, and is a prominently positive step toward enhancing the financing flexibility on loans for individual High Point units.  Despite the challenges in the market, receiving approval from Fannie Mae still reflects the opportunities that exist to continue a successful project during these times. With the entire High Point Place project approved, this new status will enhance continued marketability of each of the individual units and retain current value.  Final Project Approval from Fannie Mae was awarded to Cameratta Properties and High Point Place through its Project Eligibility Review Service (PERS). Such status makes financing more readily available to lenders, enhances flexibility on industry pre-sale requirements and places High Point Place on Fannie Mae’s project approval list to all lenders.  Evan Estep with Fifth Third Bank and also Laurie Yaeger with Wells Fargo Bank are among the preferred lenders for High Point Place. Approximately 70% of High Point Place’s units are sold, the Condo Association fees are only $425/month with fully funded reserves.  To learn more about High Point Place’s recent awarding of Fannie Mae approval, by visiting us online at www.highpointplace.com, or by visiting our Sales Office at 2110 West First Street, #102, or calling 239-334-4164.
