Nick Cameratta joined Cameratta Properties full-time in 2000.  As Vice President of Construction & Project Development, his responsibilities include the coordination project design, construction documents,  and the bidding process, as well as, scheduling, assembling and managing the consultants for each project team and maintaining construction budgets. Nick also oversees the customer selections program. 

Nick is a Certified Contractor licensed in the State of Florida and attended the University of Toledo (Ohio), where he majored in Construction Engineering.
